Candy Crush Saga: How to beat level 30, 33, and level 35

Updated on January 31, 2014

Candy Crush is Addicting!

Beware, Candy Crush is addicting! It is a simple game that becomes challenging and mind boggling with each level. It is tempting to spend extra dollars on upgrades to help beat each level or move on to the next level. Don't succumb to the urge! You can beat the game without pulling out your wallet or linking to Facebook. It just takes skill, patience, and a little bit of luck!

Do you have dreams playing candy crush? Sometimes I close my eyes and see the candy pieces moving. I think that must be a sign that I am addicted!

How to Play Candy Crush

Object of the game is to make it through each level of the board game without using lives. When you use all your lives, you must either wait 30 minutes to play or invite friends on Facebook. Your other alternative is to pay $0.99 to continue. Try not to opt for the paying option because you will end up spending more money on this game than you ever intended. This game already consumes all your free time so don't let it consume your wallet too!

Each level has a particular objective: usually either to clear all the jelly, to bring the fruit to the bottom, or both. Some levels are timed and others only allow a certain number of moves to complete the objective.

Make sure you pay attention to the number of moves allowed!

How to Create Special Candies

1. Striped Candy: Align 4 candies of the same color

2. Wrapped Candy; Align similar color candies in a "L" shape or "T" shape

3. Speckled Chocolate Candy: Align 5 candies in a row

4. Large Exploding Candy: Align a Striped candy with a Wrapped candy

5. Multiple Striped Candies: Align a Chocolate Candy with a Striped Candy. If for example, the Stripped candy is blue, every blue candy on the board will turn into a striped candy.

Tips on Beating Level 30

1. Try to create special candies anywhere on the board

2. Then align candies of similar color near the jelly on bottom of screen (this will help break up the jellies)

3. Try to align a wrapper with a striped candy to create the most destruction of the jelly

4. Try to activate any striped candies in the direction where it will destruct the jelly
5. During all this try to bring down the 3 cherries and 3 onions

Tips on Beating Level 33

1. Try to create any special candies

2. Then start with bottom 2 boxes to align candies of same color witjon jelly (this will help break up the jellies in hopefully the too and bottom jellies)

3. Try to activate any striped candies in the direction where it will destruct the jelly

4. Try to align a wrapper with a striped candy to create the most destruction of the jelly or chocolate ball with striped ball

Tips on Beating Level 35

1. Try to create special candies first

2. Then start with bottom of screen to align candies of same color (this will hopefully break the jelly above as well)

3. Try to activate any striped candies in the direction where it will destruct the jelly

4. Try to align a wrapper with a striped candy to create the most destruction of the jelly or chocolate ball with striped ball

5. Eliminate candies stuck in corners as soon as possible because they will be trickier in the end
